Experience: Experienced geological data/database manager with geology department managerial experience, exploration & resource development background spanning +17 years in the mineral resource industry. Richard has worked in various world-class operations in various management capacities in Ghana (Gold Fields), Tanzania (Barrick Gold), Senegal (Teranga Gold), Mali (Endevour Gold), Mauritania (Kinross Gold), Papua New Guinea (Ok Tedi Mining) and Australia (Consolidated Tin Mines, Evolution Mining and Northern Star Resources). Richard specializes in Exploration and Geology Project/Team Management, Mineral Exploration (green/brown field – across diverse geological settings and mineral commodities), Resource Development (resource growth strategies, geological data interpretation, 3-D wireframing, block modelling & resource estimation), Geological/GIS Data/Database Management, Sampling/Assaying QAQC, Laboratory Auditing, Technical Report (NI 43–101, JORC and SOX compliant resource/annual reporting, independent geology reports for IPO’s etc.), Machine Learning, Data Analytics among others. |
