| Located in the inner regions of the North-West continent of Africa, the aim of this project was to review material (Mine design/plan) movement schedule (Incl. mining/dig sequence/EOY faces). A key outcome of this project included the recommendation of an Integrated application of products and associated systems to delivers on or improves the current. This work also scoped a conceptual study on developing strategies to lower CAPEX by using IPCC solution to replace existing technologies (proven) and/or possible technologies. In-pit crushing and conveying (IPCC) is an alternative transport system which requires a higher initial investment but gives substantial saving in operating cost. |
