| Experience: Horace is a Business Management expert with over 15 years’ progressive leadership experience in various phases of project development and operations management across the mining and oil & gas industries in West Africa. Skilled in the full spectrum of planning – from strategy to execution, mine design, cost engineering, change management and risk management. Horace was a member of the Operations Readiness and Assurance team that transitioned the Ghana Jubilee Field Phase1 offshore project to operations, developed and implemented the Ghana Jubilee Integrated Planning process and successfully managed budgets of over a billion dollars. Prior to Ouest, Horace worked as Project Controls Manger at Tullow Oil where he provided leadership to the Planning Engineering, Cost Engineering and Document Control Teams. |
